Our All-Natural Beeswax + Propolis Lip Balms are handcrafted in small batches using beeswax and propolis from our own honeybee colonies, along with jojoba oil, shea butter, olive oil and vitamin E.
Every ingredient has a reason for being there.
Beeswax creates a lightweight protective barrier that helps reduce moisture loss and protect lips from dry air, wind and cold weather. Jojoba, shea butter and olive oil help soften and condition dry lips, while propolis brings another remarkable material straight from the hive into our everyday lip care.
No petroleum-based ingredients. No artificial dyes. No unnecessary fillers.
And now, no plastic tube.
Each oversized 0.3 oz lip balm comes in a 100% recyclable paper tube, giving you roughly twice the balm of many traditional 0.15 oz tubes.
WHY BEESWAX + PROPOLIS?
Honeybees produce tiny scales of beeswax and shape them into the comb used to raise brood and store honey and pollen.
In lip care, that same beeswax helps form a semi-occlusive layer over your lips, helping slow moisture loss and protect them from dry conditions.
Propolis has an entirely different story. Bees collect resins from plants and trees and transform them into the sticky material they use throughout their colony to seal and protect their home.
