Honey Purchases
All honey sales are final. Due to food safety regulations, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on any honey products.
Returns for Other Items
Items such as lip balm, salves, and tallow lotion may be eligible for return under the following conditions:

The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

A valid proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is provided

The return is requested within 30 days of the purchase date
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at homershoneybee@gmail.com or 801-884-9197 so we can make it right.
Exchanges
Exchanges are available only for local customers. If you're local and need to exchange an eligible item, please reach out to arrange a time and location.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. We will confirm that we’ve received your item and let you know whether your refund is approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to post the refund.
