Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days after purchase.

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, and a tracking email once your order ships.

Please note: During busy seasons or sales events, processing times may be slightly delayed.


Shipping Methods & Rates

  • We ship using USPS and UPS, depending on the size and weight of your order.

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

  • Free local delivery or pickup may be available at select markets or events. Please contact us to make arrangements.


Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship within the United States.

  • If you're outside the U.S. and would like to place an order, please contact us directly to discuss possible shipping options.


Heat-Sensitive Products
To protect the quality of our lotions, salves, and other oil-based products:

  • We package items securely to prevent leaks or melting

  • During warmer months, we recommend choosing quicker shipping options to minimize prolonged heat exposure in transit


Delivery Issues
If your package is:

  • Lost in transit, damaged, or marked as delivered but not received, please contact us as soon as possible.

  • We’ll work with the shipping carrier to investigate and do our best to make it right.


Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address due to incorrect information provided at checkout.
