Homer's Honeybee Feeding Stimulant

Homer’s Honeybee Feeding Stimulant is a syrup enhancer designed to encourage consistent syrup uptake when natural forage is limited. Developed through hands-on beekeeping experience, this formula is intended to help colonies recognize and accept supplemental feed more readily during critical management periods.

Our feeding stimulant enhances syrup aroma and palatability, making it especially effective for package and nuc installation, spring buildup, fall feeding, and periods of nectar dearth. By conditioning sugar syrup, it supports more efficient feeding without altering the nutritional value of the syrup itself.

This product is mixed and prepared by Homer's Honeybee with a focus on practical field use, simplicity, and reliability for both backyard and commercial beekeepers.

Key Benefits:

-Encourages faster and more consistent syrup consumption

-Improves acceptance of supplemental feeding during stressful conditions

-Useful during installation, buildup, and dearth periods

-Easy to mix with standard sugar syrup recipes

Recommended Uses:

-Installing packages or nucleus colonies

-Supporting colonies during nectar shortages

-Spring and fall supplemental feeding

-Encouraging syrup uptake when bees are slow to feed

Important Information:

This product is a feeding stimulant only. It is not a treatment for mites, pests, or diseases, and it is not intended to replace proper hive management, nutrition, or approved treatments. We use this in syrup, fondant patty, and pollen patty.
